What Grant Journey processes
The plugin processes the search terms, business or project descriptions, location, entity type, opportunity identifiers, and confirmed profile changes that a user chooses to send. For an authenticated account, it may return a bounded view of that user's active business profile, saved matches, profile gaps, and application-readiness metadata.
Why we process it
We use this information to maintain the user's business profile; search, rank, explain, and verify potential funding opportunities; prepare human-review application context; protect the service from bulk extraction and abuse; and diagnose reliability or security problems.
What the plugin does not expose
The public V1 plugin does not expose raw database rows, the scrape corpus, another customer's profile, credentials, legal identifiers such as EIN or UEI, raw uploaded documents, deep pagination, bulk export, portal operation, or grant submission.
Service records and retention
Grant Journey may retain limited security and service records such as timestamps, pseudonymous client identifiers, tool names, argument fingerprints, result counts, and error codes. Search content and tool results are not written to the plugin audit log. Plugin request logs are deleted after 90 days. Account profile data and saved matches are retained while the account remains active or until the user requests deletion, except when a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve an active security or billing dispute.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We may use infrastructure and authentication providers to operate the service, and may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
Your choices and contact
Do not send passwords, access tokens, banking details, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information through V1. Users may correct matching-safe profile fields through the plugin and may request access, correction, account disconnection, or deletion by contacting [email protected].
